Jeff has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, focusing on high end residential and commercial projects. From large residential remodels and new construction to vast and boutique winery projects, there is not much that Jeff hasn’t experienced. He is now using his expertise to bring you a smooth, efficient and enjoyable construction process.
Chase joined KBMI in 2019 as the Project Manager, and has since spearheaded the completion of three different projects, for both residential and commercial clients. He has been working in construction since 2015, when he started his career in the San Francisco Bay Area, working on large and complex residential and commercial projects. As the Project Manager, Chase oversees all aspects of the building process including pre-construction and estimating development, construction and scheduling operations, and financial management. Along with his extensive experience, Chase brings knowledge and expertise of high-level management and coordination. He looks forward to successfully driving your next project to completion.

Kevin, a licensed General Contractor, came to KBMI in 2020 as a General Superintendent. In his 20+ years working in the construction industry, he has filled many roles, from laborer to Site Superintendent. As a General Superintendent, he manages all field employees and ensures detailed communication between the office and the field. Since joining the KBMI team, Kevin has overseen the completion of two projects, one commercial and one residential. He thrives on creating a healthy and productive culture, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship, worksite safety, and efficient internal and external communication.
Melanie has worked directly with Jeff for over a decade and came to join the KBMI team in 2020. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, she has seen and done it all, from working as a laborer in the field to office administration and project management. Melanie uses her in-depth knowledge of contract administration and cost accounting to make sure that your project will always be on budget.
